Welcome to CloseLAB (“the App”). By accessing or using CloseLAB, you (“the User”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App.

All use of CloseLAB is voluntary and at the User’s own risk.

Content provided through CloseLAB — including AI‑generated responses, scripts, examples, or training modules — does not constitute:

• Business or commercial advice
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Psychological, therapeutic, or medical advice

Users should seek independent professional support where appropriate.

CloseLAB aims to provide helpful and relevant information, but the App owner makes no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Reliability
• Timeliness
• Suitability

The App owner is not responsible for:

• Errors or omissions
• Misinformation generated by the App or its AI components
• Misinterpretation or misuse of content
• Technical issues, bugs, or system failures

All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The App owner is not liable for:

• Loss of sales or revenue
• Failure to close deals
• Missed opportunities
• Business losses
• Reputational impact
• Any decisions made based on CloseLAB content
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Users acknowledge that business performance depends on many factors outside the control of CloseLAB.

CloseLAB may use artificial intelligence to generate responses, insights, or suggestions. Users understand and agree that:

• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
• AI content should not be treated as factual or authoritative
• The App owner is not responsible for actions taken based on AI‑generated content
• Users must verify information before acting on it

AI assistance is provided for training purposes only.

Users agree to:

• Use CloseLAB ethically and lawfully
• Verify any information before relying on it
• Accept full responsibility for their decisions and outcomes
• Not use the App for harmful, misleading, or unlawful purposes

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws in their region.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App owner shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

The App owner may:
